What happens when my listing expires?
Your listing will be set to inactive and removed from public search results.
You can renew at any time from your account dashboard to restore full visibility.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Standard or Premium later?
Yes. You can purchase a higher-tier plan at any time from your listing page.
The new expiration date will be set from the date of purchase.
What is the difference between Featured and Pinned?
Featured listings appear above regular results with a gold border and star badge.
Pinned listings go one step further - they sit at the absolute top of every listing
page, above even Featured listings, with a navy border and pin badge. Pinned is the highest visibility
placement available.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Card details are never stored on this site - Stripe handles all sensitive payment data
using bank-level encryption.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if your listing has not yet been activated.
